All orders are processed and fulfilled by SIA ADOR, the legal operator of fashionfox.eu.

Orders are processed within 1 business day
Orders placed before 12:00 PM (EET) often ship the same day
Weekend and public holiday orders ship on the next business day

Latvia (Domestic)

Free shipping
Delivery time: 1–3 business days
Carrier: DPD

European Union

Flat rate: 20 EUR
Delivery time: 5–10 business days
Carrier: FedEx (insured, signature required)

International (Outside EU)

Flat rate: 40 EUR
Delivery time: 7–14 business days
Carrier: FedEx (insured, signature required)

Delivery times may vary due to carriers, customs or seasonal delays.

Customs & Duties

For orders outside the EU:

Import fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer
Customs processing may delay delivery

Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your item, but if not, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned:

in the same condition as received
unworn and unused (beyond initial inspection)
without new marks, scratches, or odours
with all accessories, dust bags, boxes or documentation (if included)

Items that show additional wear or alterations may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Buyers cover return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect
In eligible cases, we reimburse:
- up to 20 EUR (EU returns)
- up to 40 EUR (International returns)

Reimbursement requires a shipping receipt.

Refund Processing

After receiving and inspecting your item:

approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days
refunds are sent to the original payment method only
your bank may require extra time to process the transfer

If 15 business days have passed after approval, contact us.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and product-type reasons, returns are not accepted for:

earrings and pierced jewellery
cosmetics or beauty items
items marked Final Sale
gift cards

Authenticity & Pre-Owned Luxury

All Fashion Fox items are pre-owned luxury accessories.
Signs of previous wear—including light scratches, patina or minor marks—are normal and do not count as defects.

We guarantee the authenticity of every item. If you believe an item is not authentic, contact us immediately and provide any documentation for our review.
