Condition Policy

At Fashion Fox, we carefully evaluate every item before it is listed in our store. Because we specialize in pre-loved and unique pieces, each product comes with its own history. Our goal is to provide full transparency so you know exactly what to expect when shopping with us. Every item has a detailed condition description, and any signs of wear are clearly shown in the photographs and/or written in the product description.

We use three main condition categories:

Never Worn

• The item has never been used in daily life.
• It may show light signs of storage or minimal traces from trying on.
• Essentially new, with no wear.

Excellent Condition

• The item has been used but remains in great overall shape.
• Minor wear such as light scratches, rubbed corners, or faint signs of handling may be visible.
• The item still looks very good, maintains its quality, and has been well cared for.

Very Good Condition

• The item shows visible signs of use, such as rubbing, surface scratches, or small marks.
• These signs of wear do not affect its functionality or overall appeal.
• The item remains in good wearable condition and retains its style.

Please note: Fashion Fox ensures that every product is inspected, described, and photographed with accuracy. Pre-loved items may not be flawless, but their uniqueness and character make them timeless additions to your wardrobe.
