1. Order Processing Times

Standard Processing

We process and dispatch all orders within 1 business day after receiving payment.

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM (EET, Latvian time) are often shipped the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM will be shipped the next business day.

Weekends & Public Holidays

Orders placed on:

  • Saturdays
  • Sundays
  • Latvian public holidays

will be dispatched on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (Latvia)

  • Cost: Free
  • Delivery time: 1–3 business days
  • Carrier: DPD

European Union Shipping

  • Flat rate: 20 EUR
  • Delivery time: 5–10 business days
  • Carrier: FedEx (insured, signature required)

International Shipping (Outside the EU)

  • Flat rate: 40 EUR
  • Delivery time: 7–14 business days
  • Carrier: FedEx (insured, signature required)

Important Notes

Delivery times are estimates. They may vary due to:

  • customs processing
  • carrier delays
  • peak seasons
  • unforeseen circumstances
  • severe weather or logistical disruptions

SIA ADOR cannot control or guarantee external carrier timelines.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with:

  • a tracking number
  • a tracking link
  • carrier information

If you do not receive the tracking email within 2 business days, contact us at info@fashionfox.eu.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union:

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees required by their country.
  • Customs procedures may add delays that are beyond our control.

We do not mark packages as “gifts” or falsify customs forms.

5. Delivery Issues

If your package has not arrived within the expected time:

  1. Check your tracking link
  2. Contact the shipping carrier directly
  3. Email us at info@fashionfox.eu if further assistance is needed

Incorrect or incomplete address

We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by:

  • wrong address
  • missing apartment number
  • misspelled names
  • recipients not being available to sign

Please check your shipping information carefully before placing your order.

6. Damaged Parcels

All items are packed securely to avoid damage during transit.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • take clear photos of the packaging + item
  • contact us within 3 days at info@fashionfox.eu
  • we will open a case with the carrier and assist you immediately
