This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made on fashionfox.eu.

1. Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns must be initiated within this period.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be in:

  • the same condition as received
  • unworn or unused beyond initial inspection
  • free of new wear, damage, scratches, marks, odours, or alterations
  • returned with any original tags, accessories, dust bags, boxes or packaging provided

You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that show additional signs of wear or have been altered after purchase may not be eligible for a refund.

3. How to Initiate a Return

All returns and withdrawal requests must be submitted within 14 days after receiving your item.
All returns must be approved before shipping.
Items sent back without prior return authorisation will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the item is defective
  • the item was damaged on arrival
  • an incorrect item was received

In these cases, we cover return shipping up to:

  • 20 EUR for returns within Europe
  • 40 EUR for returns outside Europe

To receive the reimbursement, please provide a shipping receipt.
The reimbursement will be processed together with your refund.

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 days if:

  • the item is damaged
  • the item has a defect
  • you received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

  • gift cards
  • sale items (unless faulty)
  • earrings or pierced jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
  • cosmetics or beauty items

7. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.
The fastest way is:

  1. Return the item
  2. After approval, purchase the desired item separately

8. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period and Right of Withdrawal

If your order was delivered within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without providing a reason, according to EU consumer protection law.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use our self-serve returns and cancellations option available through the “Returns & Right of Withdrawal” link in the footer of our website.

After submitting your request, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Eligibility conditions still apply:
  • item must be unused
  • in original packaging
  • with all tags
  • excluding non-returnable categories listed above
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

9. Refunds

We will notify you once your return is received and inspected.

If approved:

  • refunds are issued within 10 business days
  • refunded to the original payment method only
  • additional processing times by your bank may apply

Fashion Fox guarantees the authenticity of every item sold.

Authenticity Claims

If you believe your item is not authentic:

  • contact us immediately
  • provide documentation or expert assessment
  • we will fully investigate

Condition Verification on Return

All returned items undergo:

  • authentication
  • quality and condition inspection

Items found to be altered, damaged, or not in their original delivered condition may not be eligible for a refund.
