This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases made on fashionfox.eu.

1. Return Window

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns must be initiated within this period.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must be in:

the same condition as received
unworn or unused beyond initial inspection
free of new wear, damage, scratches, marks, odours, or alterations
returned with any original tags, accessories, dust bags, boxes or packaging provided

You must also provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that show additional signs of wear or have been altered after purchase may not be eligible for a refund.

3. How to Initiate a Return

All returns must be approved before shipping.
Items sent back without prior return authorisation will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

the item is defective
the item was damaged on arrival
an incorrect item was received

In these cases, we cover return shipping up to:

20 EUR for returns within Europe
40 EUR for returns outside Europe

To receive the reimbursement, please provide a shipping receipt.
The reimbursement will be processed together with your refund.

5. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 3 days if:

the item is damaged
the item has a defect
you received the wrong item

We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

items marked “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

gift cards
sale items (unless faulty)
earrings or pierced jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
cosmetics or beauty items

8. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
